"Vanna" was foaled Feburary 28, 2005 at Celebrity Ranch. Her sire is The Whole Shabang (APHA Champion Multiple World Champion producer). Her dam is Ima Pretty Celebrity (AQHA), a daughter of superior halter/ multiple all around champion producer Obvious Celebri Te. Vanna placed 6th over all at the 2005 APHC Fall Classic Futurity. She was a well mannered and loveable filly, but had a nervous streak and has struggled with feeling very insecure away from home, especially in the showring. In limited local showing at halter, her behavior in the showpen has greatly improved. She finished a very limited 2007 show season with one Grand, one Reserve, one first and 3 seconds at halter. She was shown only a few times in 2008 due to complicated health and lameness issues. In 2009 she was Reserve Champion High Point Aged Halter Mare at the Blue Ribbon circuit. Vanna currently has about 300 hours under saddle, the natural horsemanship way. She is a level 3-4 on line, and level 2+ under saddle. She is currently still showing at halter and training parelli levels as well as traditional hunter and western pleasure. She made her western pleasure debut in May 2010, placed third and earned her first performance PAC credit.
